At GRXPLORE, we don't just build gear; we build a community of explorers. We are looking for authentic storytellers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who are passionate about outdoor lifestyle, tech, and high-quality content.

Our goal is to move beyond one-off reviews and build long-term partnerships that grow with our brand.

1. Collaboration Tiers & Eligibility

We evaluate creators based on their total influence and content quality across all platforms.

Elite Partner 10,000+ Followers (IG/TikTok/YT) Free samples of new arrivals, exclusive event invites, and higher commission rates.
Brand Ambassador High Engagement & Consistent Brand Loyalty Priority access to all global launches, long-term sponsorship, and content collaboration.
  • Note for Italian Creators: Due to high demand in the Italian market, we are currently prioritizing Elite Partners (10K+) for our premium product testing. However, if your content quality is exceptional and your engagement rate is above 5%, we welcome your application regardless of follower count.
  • Premium Product Access: To ensure the best reach for our latest high-value innovations, a minimum of 10,000 (10K) followers and a proven 5% engagement rate are required for all New Arrival testing opportunities.

2. What We Look For (Evaluation Criteria)

To ensure a successful partnership, we evaluate applications based on:

  • Content Aesthetic: High-quality photography or cinematic video that aligns with the GRXPLORE brand identity.

  • Active Engagement: A history of meaningful interaction with your audience. We value real comments over "bought" likes.

  • Brand Affinity: Creators who already follow @GRXPLORE and have previously engaged with our community will receive priority approval.

3. Partnership Commitment (The "Active Partner" Rule)

We believe in mutual growth. To remain in our Priority Reviewer List, partners are expected to:

  1. Tag & Collaborate: All sponsored Instagram posts must use the "Invite Collaborator" feature with @GRXPLORE.

  2. Stay Connected: A collaboration doesn't end after one post. We value partners who continue to interact with the brand (e.g., tagging us in Stories, commenting on new launches, or sharing organic updates).

  3. Performance Check: Future sample requests are approved based on the performance of previous collaborations (Engagement, CTR, and Content Quality).

Important: Passive accounts that cease all interaction with the brand after receiving a free sample will be removed from our influencer database and will not be eligible for future campaigns.

4. Terms & Conditions

By applying to join the GRxplore Influencer Program, you agree to the following terms:  

• Eligibility: Applicants must be 18 years or older, maintain an active social media presence on one or more of our target platforms, and with 5K+ followers.  

• Content Requirements: You are expected to create and publish a minimum number of posts (as agreed upon) featuring GRxplore products. All content must include designated hashtags (e.g., #GRxplore) and adhere to our creative guidelines.  

• FTC Compliance: All posts must clearly disclose that the product was provided for trial purposes, in accordance with FTC guidelines.  

• Usage Rights: GRxplore reserves the right to repurpose your content across our marketing channels. By participating, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for promotional purposes.  

• Trial Period & Deadlines: The trial period will last [3 months]. You agree to meet content submission deadlines as specified in your onboarding brief.  

• Confidentiality: Program details and any proprietary information shared during the trial must remain confidential.  

• Termination: GRxplore reserves the right to terminate your participation if the guidelines or terms are not met, with or without prior notice.

5. How to Apply

To speed up your approval process, please ensure:

  1. Platform Stats: You have at least 5,000+ followers on your primary channel (Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube). We prioritize 10K+ followers for premium new arrivals.

  2. Engagement Proof: You maintain an Engagement Rate of 5% or higher. (We use HypeAuditor and Modash to verify audience authenticity).

  3. Account Insight: Please be prepared to provide a screenshot of your Professional Dashboard (last 30 days) if contacted by our team.

  4. Active Connection: We love to see you in our community! Following @GRXPLORE and engaging with our latest posts before applying will significantly boost your profile's priority.
