Current Shipping & Delivery Estimates

To maintain a steady supply of our full product range, all orders are currently being fulfilled from our central fulfillment center in China. We utilize reliable premium lines such as 4PX and Yanwen to ensure your package arrives safely.

• Overseas Warehouses: While we have dedicated warehouse spaces in California (U.S.) and Berlin (Germany), these facilities are currently undergoing inventory updates. All orders will ship from our central hub until local stock is replenished.
• Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

Important Delivery Information

• Accuracy is Key: To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide a complete street address and up-to-date contact information at checkout. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

• Inventory Updates: In the event that an item is completely out of stock or requires a longer processing time, our team will promptly reach out to you via email with an update.

• External Delays: While we strive for 7-12 day delivery, please be aware that factors beyond our control—such as customs clearance procedures, peak holiday seasons, or severe weather conditions—may occasionally cause logistical delays.

• Taxes & Fees: Our standard shipping via 4PX/Yanwen is generally tax-inclusive for most regions

Backorders

If one or more of the items in your order are not in stock, your order will not ship until all items are available. Once your full order ships, you will receive tracking information shortly thereafter.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey through the carrier's official website or our "Track Order" page.
