Order cancellations
Once an order is placed, we typically process and prepare it for shipment within 24–48 hours. You may request a cancellation before shipping.
To cancel, please contact us at info@grxplore.com as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellations are free of charge; we do not charge any cancellation or processing fees.
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please note: Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you are welcome to initiate a return once the item is delivered, in accordance with our return policy above.
Eligibility for Returns
We have a strict QC process which ensures that products being shipped are in perfect condition. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. If the return is due to any of the above reasons (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), all return shipping costs will be covered by us. We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the item price once the return is processed.
Other Returns (Change of Mind or Personal Preference): For returns not caused by product defects, damage, or incorrect items (e.g., change of mind, personal preference, etc.), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping fee will vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected by the customer. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging to qualify. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Condition of Returned Items & Partial Refunds
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. If a product has been opened, tried, or used, and is returned in a condition that affects its resale value, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund to compensate for the loss of value. This also applies if items are returned incomplete. To avoid any deductions, please ensure the item remains unused if you are considering a return.
Exceptions
Please note that gift cards are strictly non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
All regular promotional and sale items remain fully eligible for returns under our standard 30-day policy, as long as they meet the return eligibility criteria listed above.

Note: Please contact us to initiate a return before shipping any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience significant delays or may not be processed.
Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved Refunds: The funds for the purchase price of the item will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping Fees: Please note that all original shipping fees are non-refundable.
