At GRxplore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee.
Eligibility for Returns
We have a strict QC process which ensure that product being shipped are in perfect condition. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) items of the same or similar items with the intent to return most of them. If you are unsure about the suitability of any item before placing an order, please contact Customer Service, and we will be glad to help you! If this policy is abused, we may charge a return fee, restocking fee, or even refuse service.
Other Returns (Change of Mind): For all other standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Note: Please contact us to initiate a return before shipping any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience significant delays or may not be processed.
Condition of Returned Items & Partial Refunds
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. If a product has been opened, tried, or used, and is returned in a condition that affects its resale value, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund to compensate for the loss of value. This also applies if items are returned incomplete. To avoid any deductions, please ensure the item remains unused if you are considering a return.
Exceptions
Please note that gift cards are strictly non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
All regular promotional and sale items remain fully eligible for returns under our standard 7-day policy, as long as they meet the return eligibility criteria listed above.

Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved Refunds: The funds for the purchase price of the item will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping Fees: Please note that all original shipping fees are non-refundable.
