Free Shipping
Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping except for remote areas. If you are not sure if your address is eligible for free shipping, you can email info@grxplore.com with a list of the items you're interested in and your shipping address.
Order Processing
Processing Time: We process all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow 1-2 business days for total order processing before shipment.
Fast Delivery
Our warehouses are located in California (U.S.), and Berlin(DE), which support shipping to U.S. and EU locations respectively to provide efficient delivery service.
Estimated delivery times fall within 3-5 days, depending on your location and the inventory status at the respective warehouse.
Other Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping, using 4PX & YunExpress: 7-15 business days.
Expedited Shipping, 3-7 business days ( Tax required, need your tax number or ID number).
In case an item is out of stock, we will promptly communicate with you to provide updates. The estimated delivery time applies to those states eligible for free shipping. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure to provide an accurate street address and up-to-date contact information during checkout.
Note: Delivery times may be subject to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including weather.
Shipment for an order with multiple items
We aim to have all your items delivered together. However, due to varying shipping options, we may occasionally send products separately. You will receive a shipment notification email once an item is dispatched.
Backorders: If one or more of the items in your order are completely out of stock globally, your order will not ship until all items are available. Our team will promptly reach out to you via email with an update regarding any longer processing times.
Order Cancellation
To cancel your order before the product is manufactured or shipped, please contact us. Cancellations/refunds before manufactured or shipped are subject to a 3% payment processing charge which goes to the payment processor (This is a charge that we do not get back). If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel your order after receiving the products, please refer to our return policy.
Customs, duties and taxes
When ordering GRXPLORE products, you are responsible for ensuring lawful importation into the destination country. The recipient acts as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional customs clearance charges should be borne by the recipient; for more information, please consult your local customs office.
P.S. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
